Production Area: municipalities of Ponzano Veneto and Villorba
Soil: loose and with an important, gravelly skeleton
Harvesting: Manual harvesting in 10/12 Kg crates made in a single solution.
Vinification: Grape selection first in the vineyard and then on a vibrating table in the cellar, destemming, soft roller crushing, very short cold maceration with dry ice and subsequent fermentation with low sulphur dioxide content at controlled temperature. Permanence on fine lees for 6 months
Refinement: 3 months in bottle
Colour: straw yellow and bright
Bouquet: wide range of notes of ripe yellow fruit: golden apple, abbot pear, yellow plum, peach walnut, papaya. Followed by floral hints of wisteria and hawthorn.
Taste: full and intensely fruity on a great balance between softness and freshness; warm and enveloping.
Acidity: 5.2 g/l
Amability: 2 g/l
