Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks
Aging: 10 months on fine steel lees and in large barrels

Scent: Citrus and mineral, orange and lemon, exotic fruit, chamomile, saffron and herbs
Flavour: Very fresh, sharp, taut and mineral, with great balance and a very slight residual sugar.

Moselle

Together with the Saar and the Ruwer is a large wine-growing area, which reaches 11,000 hectares. It is perhaps the most renowned and well-known German area for the production of the great Rieslings whose vines run along the Mosel River throughout its course, from the Vosges to the confluence with the Rhine in Koblenz.
