ORGANOLEPTIC EXAMPLE: The straw yellow with golden reflections is a dense prelude to a palate of excellent structure. The nose is fine and elegant, with pears and white flowers, rounded by honeyed notes but vibrant at the same time with characteristic hints of medicinal herbs. It enters the mouth soft, immediately supported by a juicy reaction of acids and a nervous minerality, which create an excellent balance shifted upwards and contribute to a long and stimulating persistence finish.
NOTES: wine obtained from grapes from organic farming certified by ICEA
"Although sometimes the winemaker is in the spotlight for the evocative beauty of his activity, we do not like to exhibit a work almost as old as man. We do not like following fashions or shouting about our belonging to one or another current. We simply follow our path without excesses, step by step, with the commitment and time that the vineyard requires. With the experience that is gradually forming over the years, we are always curious to deal with old and new techniques, while maintaining the awareness of our limitations and our ingenuity. We work to leave our children with an intact and living land, where they can spend the time of the fullness of their strength.
