Due Barili has an exceptionally rich and smooth taste thanks to the harmonious blend of Grappa of Prosecco and pure grape marc with floral aroma, as well as thanks to the double ageing in two different kinds of barrels: at least two years in 225-liter French oak barrique and at least two years in Sherry PX barrels.
Raw material: blend of Grappa of Prosecco and pure grape marc with floral aroma
Distillation: artisanally distilled with Crysopea, vacuum bain-marie pot still
Aroma: milk chocolate, raisin, toasted nuts
Taste: persistent and harmonious
