Vinification
The grapes are grown in the Tenute Masso Antico vineyard in accordance with organic farming methods and harvested by hand.
After vinification, the wine is aged with a double passage in earthenware amphorae and in French and American oak barrels.
The cocciopesto amphorae, the result of a special mixture of aggregates, crushed earthenware, fibres, stone fragments, sand, cement binder and water, guarantee the wine a controlled micro-oxygenation that gives rise to evolved, non-oxidised wines with new and genuine flavours.
