Description

This Recioto Grappa is obtained from the marc of the prestigious Allegrini Winery, in particular Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara used for the production of Recioto. These marcs are processed meticulously, so as to capture all their organoleptic qualities: the final stage of refinement requires a stay in steel for 18 months, followed by bottling.

Characteristics of this Recioto grappa

On organoleptic examination, it is crystal clear, completely colourless. The olfactory bouquet revolves around fruity notes, especially cherry, and aromatic herbs. The palate is velvety, with excellent persistence.

Tasting recommendations

Ideal after meals, it goes very well with dark chocolate. Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in a tall tulip-shaped goblet so that the olfactory bouquet is not lost.
