Colour: straw yellow with golden reflections
Nose: the bouquet is enveloping with complexity, opening with citrus fruits and white flowers, followed by more evolved notes of ripe yellow fruit, hazelnut and yeast
Taste: the flavour is harmonious and rounded, supported by a very fresh acidity and an elegant perlage that caresses the palate at length
Acidity: 7 g/l
Bitterness: 2.5 g/l
