3-Bottle box Franciacorta Rosé Brut- Cantina Romantica

l Franciacorta Rosé di Romantica is produced with 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay grapes.  It is authoritative and vigorous. Its soft pink color and perlage will win you over. The Pinot Noir grape variety is clearly perceived, it gives us great refinement and a rare pleasantness to drink. It is exquisite throughout the meal, but it goes beautifully with crayfish, complex fish dishes or Trofie al pesto.

Production Area: Franciacorta Vineyard. Romantic - Passirano, Brescia.
Harvest period: Second decade of August
Vinification: Soft pressing of Pinot Noir grapes and choice of the must flower. Subsequent blending with the small percentage of Chardonnay. Draught in March and aging on yeasts for about 30 months.
Color: Soft pink
Bouquet: Notes of yeasts, small ripe red fruits and withered flowers.
Flavour: The Pinot Noir gives our rosé its body and vigour and the typical scents of this vine can be perceived in all their complexity. The long aging on the lees gives us great refinement and an irresistible pleasure to drink.
Tasting temperature: 5-7°C
Pairings: It's delicious as an aperitif, but it's perfect for the whole meal. We recommend it with crayfish, pasta with pesto and delicate fish dishes.
