Bottling: isobaric after sterile filtration
Colour: brilliant straw yellow with green reflections, fine and persistent perlage
Perfume: fruity with a marked hint of apple and white fruit
Flavour: creamy with a pleasant fruity aftertaste
Acidity: 5.8 g/l
