A Metodo Classico sparkling wine with an antique pink colour due to the presence of Pinot Noir, which, together with the more than 24 months' permanence in cool cellars, gives this product an unmistakable aroma and finesse. Each bottle is marked with the date of disgorgement. It has a fairly light onion skin pink colour and a very fine, continuous and persistent perlage. On the nose, the wine is fresh, clean and of medium intensity with floral, vegetal and fruity recognitions.
