SOIL: white dolomitic limestone marl, poor in skeleton
HARVEST: manual in boxes with selection in the vineyard
VINIFICATION: traditional white with temperature control in steel
AGEING: in steel until January to perform tartaric stability

ORGANOLEPTIC QUALITIES: intense straw yellow colour, delicately fruity bouquet with a hint of hazelnut; the taste is dry and pleasantly fresh
