One afternoon, Bruno and Nicola discuss
passionately about the world of gin.
Nicola is a deep connoisseur of Gin, Bruno is a
master distiller.
In Faver, at that moment, a warm wind blows
and the two of them decide to prepare themselves a
Gin & tonics. The comparison is lively again: the theme is
the Garda Hour, that intense wind that from the Lake of
Garda blows all the way to Valle di Cembra.
It's in that instant that the idea of Gin Vento was born. A Gin
that can unite, through the wind, two zones - and two
people - so different: the almost Mediterranean area of the lake
of Garda and the mountain Valle di Cembra. The wisdom of
technical and the audacity of the dreamer.
Exactly how things went is not given
know, but the result is this unique Gin: a London
Dry Gin very fine, thin as the wind and fragrant like
this breeze, which captures the essence of the land and knows
tell an experience, a story.
Gin Vento is born from the infusion of fresh berries of
Juniper, gathered in part in the ravines of the valley of
Cembra, and Orange and Lemon peels coming from
from the Ecomuseum Limonaia del Garda in Tignale. Follow
distillation, using the discontinuous alembic still with
extreme care, because citrus fruits are very delicate.
Finally time, because we all need
rest and also the Wind Gin.
Authentic London Dry Gin, Gin Vento is a product
of handcrafted quality, which is distinguished by its
unique aromatic profile: a harmonious combination
of intense notes of juniper and citrus.
Bottled at 43 degrees to express at best the
its characteristics, it is ideal for mixing or for
to be tasted in purity. It hides in a
ceramic bottle, revealing the delicacy of his
aromas and complexity of its taste - persistent, but
not intrusive - only once spilled.
