Saint Aubin Rum VSOP ( 70cl 42%) -on

Fresh sugar cane juice is distilled in our traditional copper column to produce a smooth, delicate rum. The rum is aged in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-cognac barrels for a minimum of 4 years, resulting in a unique and exceptional rum.

On the nose it expresses notes of candied fruit, orange, vanilla and toasted, while the palate is round, slightly spicy and cinnamon.
