Soil: sandy, white marly and silty soil that characterises a wine of extraordinary elegance and finesse
Harvest: manual
Vinification: after soft crushing, the grapes undergo a long maceration. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without the use of sulphites, with careful control of maceration times and temperature
Ageing: in small oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months in contact with its indigenous yeasts. In bottle at a controlled temperature of 15°C
Bottling: after light filtration
Colour: ruby red, deep garnet
Nose: rich, with notes of red fruit, rose petals and earth, hints of spice and mint
Taste: noble tannins, wonderfully fine-grained, silky and sweet
Format: 0.75 l bottles - 1.5 l magnum
Alcoholic Grade: 15.5% vol
