Soil: south-facing with white marly, tufaceous soil
Harvest: manual
Vinification: after soft crushing, the grapes undergo a long maceration. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without the use of sulphites, with careful control of maceration times and temperature
Maturation: in small oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months in contact with its natural yeasts
Bottling: after light filtration
Colour: dark garnet red
Nose: ample, intense, it begins in the glass with a fruity mélange of raspberry, plum, apricot and peach, hints of earth and undergrowth can be discerned
Taste: ample, great tannic structure but always velvety. Long and persistent finish
Format: 0.75 l bottle
