Vinification: after destemming, maceration in contact with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts without the use of sulphites, with careful control of maceration times and temperature
Maturation: in small oak barrels for 24 months in contact with its indigenous yeasts
Bottling: after light filtration
Colour: ruby red, almost garnet
Nose: hints of ripe fruit, spicy, balsamic and mineral notes. Hints of cherry, mint and liquorice emerge
Taste: soft on the palate, harmonious, delicate tannins. Balanced persistence
