Vinification: after destemming, maceration in contact with the skins. Alcoholic fermentation takes place spontaneously with natural yeasts without the use of sulphites and with careful control of maceration times and temperature
Ageing: part in small oak barrels and part in steel tanks for 5/6 months in contact with its indigenous yeasts
Bottling: after light filtration
Colour: brilliant purple red
Bouquet: intense and fruity, with hints of raspberry and cherry
Taste: pleasant, savoury and balanced, with hints of raspberry and berries
Format: 0.75 l bottle
