Ageing: 12-15 months in 225-litre French oak barrels, a third of which new, and 12 months in large 20-hectolitre casks. Further ageing in bottle for at least 12 months
Colour: deep garnet red
Nose: very elegant bouquet of violets accompanied by balsamic notes and cherry jam. With ageing, the classic goudron of wines with character appears
Taste: soft and persuasive, continues in length with a dense and silky tannic texture
Format: 0.75 l bottle - 1.5 l magnum
Alcoholic Grade: 14% vol
