Soil: franc-sandy with abundant skeleton, moderately deep and permeable to water
Harvest: first week of October. Harvesting by hand in boxes.
Vinification: crushing takes place immediately after harvesting; natural red vinification follows. Maceration on the skins for at least 30 days. During fermentation, pumping over and délestage are carried out, favouring the contact of the liquid with the skins and a greater extraction of colours and aromas
Ageing: in 25 hl Slavonian and French oak casks for approximately 14 months, followed by at least 8 months in the dark in the bottle
Colour: ruby red with garnet reflections
Nose: intense of small fruits. Mineral, with spicy notes
Taste: elegant and with character, dry and very fresh
Format: 0.75 l bottle
