Production area: Tirano - Valtellina
Soil: franc-sandy with abundant skeleton, moderately deep and permeable to water
Vinification: grape crushing follows immediately after harvest. Classic natural red vinification with cap breaking by pumping over. At the end of fermentation, maceration on the skins for at least 3 days
Ageing: in large oak casks for at least 6 months, followed by dark ageing in the bottle for 6 months
Colour: ruby red
Nose: fruity notes of morello cherry and cherry, spicy tones and hints of violets
Taste: agile, slender and refreshing, with tantalizing tannins
Acidity: 5.4 g/l
Format: 0.75 l bottle
Alcoholic Grade: 12% vol
