Soil: sandy and clayey limestone rich in skeleton, medium hilly, 150/180 m above sea level.
Harvest: manual
Vinification: the must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, after a first cleaning and the grafting of selected yeasts, ferments in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature of 12°.
Refinement: once the fermentation is finished, after a slight clarification, it is left to rest for a few months in stainless steel vats and then bottled.
Colour: intense straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: intense and persistent, with floral and vegetal scents of Mediterranean scrub and summer fruits.
Flavour: pleasant taste-olfactory correspondence, warm and full, with good thickness and lively acidity, balanced
