Brolettino
Represents a further expression of our wine over time, with a 5-year bottle aging. It is the wine of our great native grape variety: the Turbiana. Grapes harvested at full ripeness in mid-October and very talented soil give us a product of structure endowed with great aging capacity. On tasting it fully manifests itself in all its complexity. The nose shows hints of ripe fruit, peaches, yellow apples with fresh and balsamic notes. The palate is enveloped by a firm attack while maintaining all its freshness and elegance. The full structure is accompanied by taut acidity and characteristic savoriness that completely cleanse the palate, leaving it flooded with delicate aromas. Ideal for winter soups, legumes and pastas with white sauces, white meats, medium-aged cheeses, fish in long and rich cooking and shellfish. Serve at a temperature of 10° - 12° C.
