Ours is a small family-run business, located in S. Massenza in the Valle dei Laghi a few kilometres from Trento towards Riva del Garda, where the distillation tradition is centenary, witnessed by the five still functioning distilleries out of the thirteen historical ones located in the town.
Grape variety: REBO RIGOTTI ROSSO. Pomace from the Valle Dei Laghi
Distillation: Artisanal bain-marie distillation according to the "Tullio Zadra" system, a very slow method that allows the right selection of volatile substances and then condensation of the best aromas and flavours. A second distillation is carried out to improve finesse.
Ageing: 6 months in stainless steel vats
Alcohol content: 41% volume
Bottle volume: 70 cc
Serving temperature: 13 degrees
Tasting: White in colour, the bouquet is fine and persuasive, the taste soft and fragrant.
