A meditated blend of Grappas from single-variety Merlot, Malvasia, Friulano and Moscato marc, aged 8 years in Limousin, Nevers and Grésigne barriques and in small ex-Sherry casks, under the seal and permanent surveillance of the Customs and Monopolies Agency. Rich and sensual.

Bottle in black glass, hand-cut 'diamond grind'.

RAW MATERIAL:Precious selected pomace, harvested fresh and soft from Monovitigno® Merlot, Malvasia, Friulano and Moscato grapes.

ARTISANAL DISTILLATION:Discontinuous, with cutting of the heads and tails, in a copper steam still.

NATURAL AGEING: 8 years in barriques and small barrels. 0% colorants.

GRADATION:43% vol.

BOTTLING:Non-manual. Black glass bottle, hand-cut 'diamond grind', silver chain.

TASTING:Serve at room temperature in a large balloon glass.

TASTE:Elegant and sensual.
