Vinification: fermentation in 50 hl French oak vats at a temperature between 22°C and 28°C, maceration 15 days in steel tanks
Ageing: 9 months in 225-litre barriques and 50 hl oak casks, 3 months in bottle
Colour: ruby red with violet reflections
Nose: aromas of red berries such as raspberry, marasca cherry and cassis
Taste: soft and with good fatness, it is elegant and balanced with fully integrated tannins. The finish is long with a touch of acidity for a feeling of great freshness
Format: 0.75 l bottle - 1.5 l magnum and 0.375 half bottles
