Vinification: it is vinified without corrections or additions that alter the territorial characteristics of the grapes. The bunches are destemmed and very softly crushed
Ageing: it is matured for about 24 months in barrels that are not new, on the fine lees, and about 12 months in the bottle. Unfiltered
Colour: deep purplish red
Nose: elegant and complex, aromas reminiscent of spices, small red fruits, pipe tobacco, liquorice and balsamic notes
Taste: very intense and full, with good structure, great elegance and length
