Ageing: aged for about 9 months in non-new wood, on the fine lees, with weekly stirring. It is then clarified with several rackings. It is refined in the bottle for at least 3 months, in the best conservation conditions
Colour: deep ruby red
Nose: broad and intense, with predominance of berries, particularly blackberry and raspberry, and a light, pleasant spicy note
Taste: good persistence, fresh and lively, with rich and balanced tannins
