ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Our weizen has a beautiful bright orange color tending to amber with a persistent pannose foam that adheres well to the glass. The appearance is slightly cloudy thanks to the important protein richness of wheat and suspended yeasts.
The nose, with good intensity, reveals fine spicy and fruity notes in good balance.
These hints, reminiscent of vanilla, nutmeg, banana and yellow-fleshed fruit, will be felt more intensely in the mouth and will prolong harmoniously in the finish.
With a moderate alcohol content, slim in body and with a good acidity cut, it is particularly thirst-quenching and drinkable.
