CHARDONNAY VALLAGARINA IGT
The grapes come from an old vineyard situated on a hilly area of about 1800 square meter. The training system is 'pergola trentina' and there is no irrigation. The vines are about 40 years old. The vinification is characterised by fermentation on berries skins for 5 days. The wine is golden yellow, lightly aromatic, persistent and it has got intense fruity flavours. It holds the characteristics of the territory in which it is produced.
