Wine Making
Vinification:
ermentation occurs at a controlled temperature of 28 °C (82,4° F) in stainless steel tanks. Maceration for about 15 days.

4 years. At least 24 months in 25hl (660 gal) Slavonian oak.

Tenuta la Fuga Brunello di Montalcino is the result of a tradition that gave to the area of Montalcino the most recognized reputation of Tuscan’s wines. Sangiovese Grosso with complexed aromas persistent and rounded flavors that tends to spices and mushroom. Great structure persistent with noble tannins.
