Production Area: vineyards of Benatzu Coloru - Serdiana (CA)
Soil: sandy and clayey-calcareous, rich in skeleton, medium hill (150/180 m above sea level).
Vinification: vinification of the grapes in pink with partial maceration of the skins for twelve hours followed by cleaning of the must with sedimentation. The fermentation continues at controlled temperature for two weeks at 16° C in stainless steel tanks. A small filtration precedes the bottling of the still young product to preserve aromas and freshness.
Colour: bright pinkish with cherry highlights
Bouquet: small red fruits (cherry, raspberry, blackberry), with floral notes and a small salinity. Elegant and intense bouquet
Taste: good olfactory correspondence, notes of small red fruits and good freshness. Good structure and persistence
