Grappa Gran Riserva 12 Generations was born from the union of two families with centuries of experience in the world of distillation: the Dolzan family, distillers of Grappa in Trentino for 6 generations, and the Grant family, distillers of Scotch Whisky in Speyside for 6 generations.
The secrets, wisdom and passion handed down from father to son for distilling and aging products of the highest level have resulted in a unique and inimitable distillate: a Limited Edition Gran Riserva Grappa aged in selected oak barrels previously used to mature Glenfarclas Whisky.
GRAPE VARIETIES: 100% Pinot Noir grape skins from Trentino, soft-pressed and distilled immediately after racking according to the "de Varda" method: exclusive, artisanal and discontinuous cycle, in oak barrels previously used for maturing Glenfarclas Whisky.For optimal tasting, a serving temperature of 18-20°c is recommended.
VISUAL EXAMINATION: bright golden yellow.
