This distillery's agricultural rums tell old stories that have been handed down from father to son since 1928. Symbolic of these old traditions is the famous paddle wheel purchased in 1933 to replace the old one from the 18th century. In fact, Distillerie Severin was for a long time the last distillery in the French West Indies to create energy directly with water from the river adjacent to the company.

Domaine de Severin XO is a blend of rums aged at least 6 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels.
