Obtained from the pomace of Trentino grapes, partly derived from the production of Ferrari bubbly, it is a grappa that offers great complexity and elegance. With an intense amber colour, conferred by long ageing in oak barrels, it is a blend that conquers for its finesse and aromaticity. Notes of pastries and candied fruit are accompanied by delicate toasted and spicy sensations. The refined smoothness of the taste closes with a finish of extraordinary persistence.
