Roeno, an acronym for Ro, named after our father
Rolando, creator of this wine together with
Joseph, and eno from the Greek enos, wine.

malolactic fermentation in wooden tonneau
French wood, in which it remains for about 12 months. The wine
bottled is stored in thermo
conditioned for about 6 months
