TASTING: is produced in very limited quantities, using the pomace of the very rare Pelaverga, a grape variety that is sporadically cultivated in the Verduno area on the same hills as Barolo wine. White in color, intense bouquet, well expressed and lively; dry in flavor, ample, rightly alcoholic with hints of spices.
PACKAGING: The blown glass bottles, all strictly handmade, are presented in cardboard cases.
