Aged Weissburgunder Grappa

Grappa made from pure Weissburgunder pomace.

Made from pure Pinot Bianco pomace, delicately obtained by the double distillation system in a steam bath. The pomace comes from the area above Lake Kaltern, renowned for the production of the typically fine South Tyrolean Pinot Bianco.

Olfactory note: Floral

Taste: Sweetish, round/full-bodied

Organoleptic Description: Apple note supported by the richly fruity nuances of wood with floral, round and full-bodied aroma.

Content: 0.70 l

Alcohol content: 40 % vol

Aging: 12 months in new oak barrels with refined and special toasting.
