TASTING: From an ancient family recipe comes "Marolo Chinato", produced from noble wines aromatised with infusions of herbs and barks such as: cinchona, rhubarb, gentian, coriander, cinnamon, clove and others, which make it pleasant and suitable as a fragrant aperitif and as an invigorating end to a meal. Its preparation ends with a long ageing in small oak barrels, which gives it considerable harmony and elegance.
