Soil: calcareous gravel of morainal sediments in Niclara and clay soils in Cortaccia
Harvest: manual
Vinification: after a maceration period of 6-8 hours, the grapes ferment in steel tanks at a temperature of 20 °C. The wine is then matured for seven months on the fine lees
Colour: brilliant golden yellow
Aroma: wide variety of aromas of rose petals, honey and lychee
Taste: full-bodied with an important structure, lingering in the finish
