Production area: 'Acquasassa' (Serdiana) and 'Is Crabilis' (Ussana).
Soil: sandy and calcareous clayey soil, poor in skeleton, medium hillside
Grape harvest: manual
Vinification: the must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes, after a first cleaning and the grafting of selected yeasts, ferments in stainless steel vats at a constant temperature of 15°.
Refinement: at the end of fermentation the wine undergoes a slight clarification and continues its refinement in stainless steel until the month of February, after which it is bottled and aged for a few months in bottle before being released on the market.
Colour: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections
Bouquet: delicately fruity, with good intensity and persistence. Fresh vegetable notes
Taste: dry and fresh with good intensity and acidity. Medium olfactory taste persistence
