La Cucunera is red with copper reflections.
If you take care to decant it from the yeasts at the bottom of the bottle, its appearance will be surprisingly clear and bright. With pleasure you will notice the abundant foam that persists well and adheres abundantly to the glass. The olfactory sensations are dominated by hints of fruit and hops well supported by intense malt aromas. In the mouth the beer is warm, well attenuated and not cloying. An important hoping balances the sweetness of the malt and makes its way to the finish giving a clean bitterness that dries the mouth and recalls another sip.
